Return and Refund Policy

At Maison Soleyah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry.

Here are the conditions applicable to our returns and exchanges:

TIME LIMIT

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange.
• After this period, no returns will be accepted.

TERMS

• The jewelry must be new, unworn and returned in its original packaging.
• Personalized jewelry (charm necklaces and bracelets) can only be refunded in case of manufacturing defects, which must be proven beforehand by email with photo/video.
• THE Items on sale or promotion cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

After validation, you will receive a PDF document to print and must include in your return package.

Any package returned without this document cannot be processed.

Send the package to the address that will be provided to you by email.

REFUND

• Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, including in the case of manufacturing defects.
• In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect:
• Soleyah refunds the full amount of the order.
• as well as the initial delivery charges paid when ordering (excluding return charges).
• Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be issued without a request to return the product, when the proof provided by email is deemed sufficient.
• In all other cases, only an exchange is offered, subject to availability.
