At Soleyah, we prepare and ship your orders with care to ensure you have a pleasant experience.


DELIVERY METHODS

We offer several delivery options:

  • Standard and express delivery (by carrier or postal services, depending on the destination).
  • Local home delivery (available for certain areas of Montreal), carried out within a maximum of 48 hours following the order.


DELIVERY TIMES

  • Canada : 3 to 10 business days on average (depending on the chosen method).
  • International : delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and customs procedures.
    Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary in the event of force majeure or delay by the carrier.


DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout and added to the total order amount.
They vary depending on the destination, the weight of the package and the chosen method (standard or express).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Soleyah ships its orders from Montreal (Canada) to several international destinations, including France, Belgium and Switzerland.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties (which are not always inspected), import taxes, or administrative fees charged by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs shown on our website and remain the responsibility of the customer.

The amount and conditions of these fees depend solely on local customs policies. Soleyah has no control over these costs or any delays that may result from customs processing.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for paying any duties or taxes required upon importation of their package into their country of residence. No refund will be issued for a package refused due to non-payment of these fees.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing, if available, your package tracking number.


RESPONSIBILITY

  • Soleyah cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by carriers or postal services.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address . In case of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
